RETURN POLICY
Cancellation Policy
You may cancel your order any time before it has been shipped or produced. If you cancel before shipment, you will receive a full refund. We cannot cancel orders once they have been dispatched.
Returns (if applicable)
We accept product returns. You can request a return within 14 days after receiving the product. To qualify for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is required to complete your return. Please contact our customer service to ensure you send the package to the correct address.
Notes:
- Custom orders or personalized items are not eligible for a 14-day refund.
- If the return is due to customer reasons, the customer is responsible for the shipping costs, which will vary based on the courier service chosen.
- If the return is due to our error (e.g., damaged or incorrect items), you will not be responsible for the shipping costs.
- No restocking fees will be charged for returning a product.
Refunds (if applicable)
Upon receipt and inspection of your return, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also inform you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain number of days.
Late or Missing Refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first recheck your bank account. Then, contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank, as there is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
